Hon’ble Gujarat High Court in the matters of Shreenathji Extrusion and 2 promoters (SCA 17608, 17685 & 17686/2024) was pleased to restrain the Respondents (GST Department) from passing the final order in a challenge against the SCNs issued by DGGI Ahmedabad based merely on investigation done by Income Tax Dept and no investigation done by DGGI.
